Refund policy

Returns
You may return/exchange your item within 15 days of receiving the item (conditions may apply). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some parts are exempt from being returned. Please see the following list of items that can not be returned and are Final Sale.
 
-Complete Engines
-Wiring Harness
-Gift Card
-Gas Tanks
-Cracked and/or Broken Fairings
-Batteries
-Flammable liquid parts or gasses

To complete your return, we require 360 degree photos of the item prior to shipping. 

Partial refunds will be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery 
- Original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the full approval or partial approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment. This typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect on your statement. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refund can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement depending on how fast your bank processes the credit.
If it has passed the 7 business day mark, please reach out to us immediately for further assistance.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged or the incorrect part was sent by mistake. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@vaderparts.com including photos of both the parts & the packaging you have received, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.    

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund under certain circumstances.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
