When will I receive my tracking number?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number shortly after placing your order. Your tracking information will follow in a separate email, typically within 1–3 days of purchase.

If you haven’t received your tracking email after this timeframe, check your spam or junk folder, then contact sales@vaderparts.com with your order number.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typical estimates for customers in the United States and Canada are:

  • West Coast: 2–4 days

  • East Coast: 3–7 days

These timeframes are estimates. High shipping volumes and unexpected carrier delays may extend delivery times. For the latest shipment information, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Where do you ship from?

We ship primarily from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. We also fulfill orders from our warehouse in California, United States.

What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

Depending on the carrier and any signature requirements, your package may be left at your doorstep, in a mailbox or parcel locker, or with your building’s front desk.

If the carrier cannot complete the delivery, check your tracking information or delivery notice for instructions on the next delivery attempt or package pickup.

Do you ship outside the United States and Canada?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping availability and provide a quote for your destination.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, email support@vaderparts.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

  • Clear photos of the part and its packaging

Our team will review the details and guide you through the return process, including arranging a return label. Fees may apply depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the part.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards and PayPal.

Klarna financing and Sezzle financing are also available at checkout, subject to eligibility and approval. Please review the available payment options and financing terms before completing your purchase.

What if I can’t find the part I need on your website?

We regularly add parts to our website as we continue to expand our inventory, and we may be able to supply items that are not currently listed.

Email sales@vaderparts.com with the part number, if available, and clear photos of the part. Include your bike’s brand, model, and engine size to help us identify what you need.

We’ll check availability and get back to you with more information.

Can you source parts for a bike that isn’t listed on your website?

We are be able to source parts for bikes from the following brands and manufacturers:

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Orders of 10 or more parts may qualify for a bulk discount.

Before placing your order, email sales@vaderparts.com with the part numbers, quantity of each item, and your shipping address. Our team will review your request and provide pricing based on your order.
