Q: After placing my order, when do I receive a tracking number?

An emailed receipt will be provided to you right after placing an order, and it will have a 4-Digit Order #. The tracking number will be provided through email after 1-3 days from placing your order confirming it has been picked up from the warehouse and making its way to you!

Q: How long will it take for the package to arrive to me?

This will depend on where you live in the United States or Canada. East Coast will typically take 2-5 Days. West Coast will take roughly 4-7 Days.  NOTE: In some cases, unexpected delays may occur along the way due to high volume, and this could delay the shipment for up to 1 week. 

Q: Where do you ship from?

We have multiple warehouses used to ship out the parts. The main warehouse we use is Ontario, Canada. We also ship out from our warehouse located in California, USA. 

Q: I received my part but would like to return it. How can I do so?

If you’d like to return the part you received, you’d need to email us at, and provide us photos of the part + package, and we will issue a return label for the return. Note: Some fees may apply depending on the case for return, and the condition of the part. 

Q: What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards for payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit, ect.

You may also pay using PayPal and the financing option offered through “Klarna Financing”. See checkout for more details. 

Q: What if I’m not home when my package arrives?

If you are not home upon delivery, the package will be left outside your doorstep or mailbox. If you live in an apartment complex, it will be left with either the front desk, or in front of your apartment door. 

Q: What if I can’t find the part I’m looking for on the website?

We continue to keep adding parts to the website every week, however if you cant find the part online, this does not mean we don’t have it! You may email us at, and provide us with a photo and/or Part number of the part you need, we will check the inventory and get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: I want to buy a large number of parts; do you offer any discounts?

If you plan on purchasing 10 or more parts, you may be subject to a bigger discount. Email with the Part #’s and shipping address, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with assistance.  

Q: Do you offer shipping outside Canada and United States?

Yes, we can ship to any country internationally, however shipping charges will vary. Please email us at with your Address + ZIP code, and we will get back to you with a quote. 

Q: I’m looking for a part on a bike you don’t offer parts for. Would you still be able to get it?

We may be able to get you parts for a bike that is not offered online as long as it is manufactured by one of the following factories:
